No insurance?
We welcome self-pay patients and will give you a good-faith estimate of costs before your visit. Just ask when you book.

Is my copay due at the visit?
Yes — copays are collected at check-in. We accept card, check, and cash, and you can also pay ahead through the patient portal.
Do I need a referral to see Dr. Anwar?
As a primary care doctor, usually not. Some HMO plans assign a primary care physician — check that Dr. Anwar is listed as yours.
My plan isn’t on the list. Can I still be seen?
Call us. Plan networks change often, and even if we’re out of network we can talk through self-pay options and give you a cost estimate up front.
How will I get my statement?
Statements arrive through the patient portal (or by mail if you prefer). Billing questions? Call (281) 265-1800 and ask for billing.
