Arrive — we’re on time
Your appointment starts when it’s supposed to. Bring your ID, insurance card, and medications.
Take all the time you need
Dr. Anwar listens first, answers every question, and follows up through the portal.

Can I be seen this week if I’m sick?
Usually, yes. We hold time for same-week sick visits. Call us in the morning at (281) 265-1800 and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Do you see children?
Yes — Dr. Anwar cares for the whole family, from young children to grandparents. Many families see her together.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your current medications, and your completed new-patient forms if you downloaded them ahead of time.
Do you offer lab work in the office?
Yes. Routine lab draws happen right in the clinic, and results are shared with you through the patient portal.
What languages does Dr. Anwar speak?
